his Christingle Family Service is designed for children, parents and grandparents to enjoy together on Christmas Eve. Families will hear the Christmas story through music, readings and the making of Christingles – the special oranges decorated with candles, sweets and ribbon that symbolise the world, the seasons and God’s love. It’s a gentle, engaging service that helps children understand the meaning of Christmas while creating a cherished family memory in Fowey’s historic church.
